Use of the gemebet Platform

Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the words "gemebet", "platform", "we" or "company" refer to the operator of the website gemebet.onl. The words "user", "member", "player" or "you" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses gemebet services.

"Account" means a user profile validly registered on the platform. "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user in RM (Malaysian Ringgit). "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted under certain conditions as set out in section 6 of this document.

User Eligibility

gemebet services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any local legal prohibition that prevents participation in online betting activities.
• Registering voluntarily in their own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Have not been declared bankrupt or are not currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings under any jurisdiction.

gemebet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Users who fail to provide the required documents may have their account suspended while verification is completed.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one active account. Owning more than one account — whether using the same name, mobile number, email address or payment method — is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated and fund balances forfeited.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Any changes to personal details must be updated through gemebet customer support channels.

gemebet uses SSL encryption and appropriate security measures to protect user data. However, users are also responsible for keeping their own account passwords confidential.

Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50. The platform accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must use a payment method registered in the same user's name. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted. gemebet reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing if there is a mismatch between the deposit account name and the registered user account name.

No processing fees are charged by gemebet on deposits. However, payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside the control of this platform.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and account verification is complete.

All withdrawals will be sent to the payment account that has been registered and verified in the user's name. If a user requests a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any related winnings will be deducted from the withdrawal balance.

gemebet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for identity verification purposes, anti-money laundering compliance, or if there are signs of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

gemebet offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to RM888, subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150 and your account balance becomes RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM888 will be credited, giving a balance of RM2,088 and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

Additional bonus terms:

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly into cash.
• gemebet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Weekly cashback bonuses under the VIP programme are credited automatically based on membership tier — Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%).

Game Rules

Every game on the gemebet platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, sportsbook, sports betting, horse racing and esports — is governed by its own game rules which can be found within each game interface.

In the event of a technical fault or service disruption during an active game session, gemebet will endeavour to settle bets under the most reasonable circumstances. Decisions made by the platform's automated result system are final.

The use of any automated software, bots, third-party scripts or any other technical means to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods such as creating multiple accounts.
• Launching any attack against the platform's technical infrastructure, including hacking attempts or DDoS attacks.
• Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about gemebet to the public.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all related balances.

Privacy and Data Protection

gemebet collects, processes and stores users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our Privacy Policy page. Data is collected solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, legal compliance and service improvement.

gemebet will not sell or disclose users' personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

Account Closure and Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the gemebet customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible real-money balances will be settled in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

gemebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or as required for legal compliance. In such cases, funds associated with activity that breaches these terms may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

gemebet provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or meet all user requirements at all times. Technical disruptions arising from factors beyond our control — including internet network issues, user device failures or system maintenance — will not be the responsibility of gemebet.

In any circumstances, gemebet's liability to a user shall not exceed the total real money deposited by the user into their account in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

gemebet reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior user consent. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The gemebet platform operates under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction relevant to gemebet's operating licence.

Any dispute or claim arising from the use of this platform should first be resolved through direct negotiation. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration proceedings agreed upon by both parties.

Users agree that using the platform in any particular jurisdiction is entirely the user's own responsibility, and users must comply with the local laws in force at their location.
